Join us on Thursday, Oct. 10 at 2 p.m., to hear from Hilary Abell, Chief of the Division of Employee Ownership at the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). Sean Egan, LEO’s Deputy Director of Labor will lead the discussion and moderate.
Abell will discuss the DOL's efforts to support the continued growth of employee ownership. She will explain how this initiative signifies a unique opportunity to transform business ownership, empower worker representation, and enhance economic mobility for numerous workers throughout the United States. She will also share information that workers and business owners can use to consider whether employee ownership might be a fit for them.
